What Is Foundership

Set in the sandhills of Florida, Old Shores is being shaped by timeless design, enduring connection, and a restored landscape. Founders are more than early members. They are the first to gather here, the first to walk the land as it evolves, and critical co-authors in the story of Old Shores.
Foundership is an invitation to experience a place from its earliest days, to witness its creation, contribute to its culture, and help shape its character.

More than Access
During Creation, Founders enjoy:
Priority access to preview play.
Invitations to special Founder gatherings, events, and travel.
Preferred selection status for real estate releases.
Opportunities to walk alongside course architects and developers.
Priority access to tee times and lodging prior to public availability along with daily Founder blocks for shorter-notice access.
Founder and spouse (or significant other) may play golf for free and invite accompanied guests.
No additional greens fees for Extended Family when accompanied; 50% guest greens fees for up to three accompanied guests.
Access to Founders-only tournaments
Foundership is transferable one time to a family member, creating a legacy for Founders.

Consideration for Foundership begins with a simple introduction. Upon submission of a Founder Interest Form, a member of our team will reach out to answer questions, share more about the program, and determine whether Old Shores is the right fit for you.
All information submitted will be kept confidential.
Preview Play
Founders are invited to experience Old Shores during its earliest days, with opportunities to visit and play as the courses and gathering places take shape ahead of opening. These early rounds offer a rare chance to see the course and land evolve and to become part of the story from the beginning.
Acceptance Process
Foundership is by invitation and consideration. The process is designed to foster a community of individuals who share a common appreciation for the game, the land, and the experience we are creating together.
Founder Deposit
The Founder deposit is currently $115,000 and will increase as we achieve Foundership milestones.
Every Founder's journey begins with a simple introduction.
From there, we'll connect personally, answer questions, and arrange an opportunity to experience Old Shores firsthand. If the fit feels right, we'll walk through the program details together and guide you through the Foundership process.
