Founder+ Spring Site Visit
Thank you for your support as a Founder of Old Shores.
As a Founder of Old Shores, we are so grateful for your support and shared vision to bring world-class golf to the Florida panhandle. The adventure only gets better when you share it with friends and refer new Founders to help bring Old Shores to life.
We invite you and any guests who are interested in Foundership to visit us on site April 23rd- 24th, followed by a sunset reception at Bud & Alley’s (in Seaside) – owned by Old Shores Founder David Rauschkolb.
Old Shores is quickly taking shape, so this is a unique opportunity to walk the land with us, experience the routing as it emerges, and spend time with other Founders. These early visits tend to be the most memorable and informative, both for those who have joined and for those considering joining.
What You’ll Experience
Get a good look at the first six holes of the Doak course, which will be ready for grassing this summer.
Play a little “wilderness golf”. An exciting way to experience the course before the grass goes down.
Get a sneak peek at Jimmy Craig’s unique and fun Kids/Short Course concept in the village.
Connect with fellow Founders and prospective Founders in a relaxed, informal, and beautiful setting.

Why This Visit Matters
Early site walks provide Founders with a rare perspective that few will see. Our Founders relish an inside look at the construction process and understand the land and routing in a way that plans, renderings, or photos simply cannot convey. Sharing this experience and vision with others is what makes our community of Founders so special. Soon, each of you will be able to rightly and proudly claim “We helped build this.”
